Vehicle insurance policy is not transferable, and could be cancelled in the event of:
- Selling the Vehicle
- Having another insurance policy
- Total Loss of the vehicle
What is the mechanism for compensation in the claims of comprehensive insured vehicles?
- The customer is provided with an entry letter to the vehicle agent or an authorized repair center according to the terms and conditions of the insurance policy
- The vehicle is provided with repair or considered a total loss after receiving all reports from the repair center under the entry letter
- In the event of a total loss, the vehicle is towed by the towing operator, then providing the insured with a total loss offer and settling the claim after agreeing to the loss offer.
What is meant by the amount of deductible and depreciation in the motor comprehensive policy?
Deductible amount: It is part of the repair value incurred by the claimant according to the terms and conditions of the insurance policy
Depreciation rate: the percentage incurred by the claimant of the value of spare parts according to the terms and conditions of the insurance policy
